Needs a manager

Everyone in the chart with no manager above them. For Google rows, set Admin console → the user → Employee information → Manager's email. For HR system rows, fix the supervisor in HR; the next weekly import applies it. Rows with reports are team leads: setting theirs joins a whole team to the chart.
